The annual meeting of shareholders of EBOS Group Limited will be held as a hybrid meeting at the Park Hyatt Auckland, 99 Halsey Street, Auckland, New Zealand and online via the Computershare Meeting Platform at https://meetnow.global/nz on Wednesday 23 October 2024, commencing at 2pm New Zealand time.
